How long will it take to receive my order?

Since every item is custom and handmade to order, please allow two weeks from the date of purchase.  Please see "Production Times" for more in-depth information.

Will it come with hangers on the back for hanging?

No.  I have found that the best way to hang these letters are through 3M Command tape or double sided velcro which is not supplied but this allows for you to display the letters on the shelves, dressers, tables, etc., without the ugly hardware on the back. So use them to hang on the wall and then on shelves later when  you change your decor.

Are the letters freestanding?

Yes, most are with a few exceptions:

• The F and the P are not free standing due to their disproportional weight; however, tacky putty which can be purchased at Walmart or Target for less than $2 can easily solve the problem! Just use a little bit on the bottom and they become freestanding (a little tip I learned from my wedding buyers).
• The 8" & is freestanding but tends to lean more toward the right.  The 12" Ampersand stands perfectly upright and free stands.
• The only 16" or 23.5" letters that are freestanding are the letters like L, M, N, A, E, H, I, K, R, T, V, W, X, Y, Z.

What are your products made out of?

All our products are made out of recyclable, durable, and solid paper mache materials.  We only use hand mixed, non-toxic, paints and use only the highest quality pigments available.

Yes.  Free shipping includes free ground mail shipping to any state in the United States besides Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Canada.
